Registered users can invite other people to join their organization. This requires those invited users to register via a sign-up-link they receive via email.

While this is thought to enable teams working together, it can happen that a user invites an unassociated person. We have no control over that. However, if you received such an email, you can ignore it and also contact us, so we can contact the inviting user.
Social Login and Registration
When you register for or login to the application, you have the option to use an external provider for authentication (Social Login via OAuth or OpenID).
When using those services, we do not share data with those provides (despite technical details), but receive information about your login status and other personal data from them. This includes your name, email address (where applicable), language settings, and profile picture. This data gets stored on our servers where it matches the data you would also provide if you would register via email. Therefore, for example, we do not save your profile picture.
Making use of this approach, you should be aware of the fact, that the privacy policy and terms of those external providers apply additionally and that you are sharing personal information with them. Some of them might even use your data for marketing and tracking purposes. If you do not want that, you need to use the registration and login via email.
Our service enables registered users to create RSVP events, people can sign up for.
For this purpose we store all information a person provides when interacting with the corresponding RSVP form.
In this case, we act as data processor on behalf of our registered users. People interacting with such RSVP events have the same rights as other user of our services.
We store this information as long as the regsitered user and owner of this RSVP event does not delete them, or the corresponding event, or their whole organization.

Newsletter data
If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we require an e-mail address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the e-mail address provided and that you agree to receive the newsletter. Further data is not collected or only on a voluntary basis.

Brevo
This website uses Brevo for the sending of newsletters as well as transactional emails. The provider is the Sendinblue GmbH, Köpenicker Straße 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany.

Despite that, data that you provide during registration or afterwards via the settings page, are stored on Brevo servers for sending transactional ElementInternals.
Data analysis by Brevo
Brevo enables us to analyze our newsletter campaigns. For instance, it allows us to see whether a newsletter message has been opened and, if so, which links may have been clicked. This enables us to determine, which links drew an extraordinary number of clicks.
Moreover, we are also able to see whether once the e-mail was opened or a link was clicked, any previously defined actions were taken (conversion rate). This allows us to determine whether you have made a purchase after clicking on the newsletter.
Brevo also enables us to divide the subscribers to our newsletter into various categories (i.e., to “cluster” recipients). For instance, newsletter recipients can be categorized based on age, gender, or place of residence. This enables us to tailor our newsletter more effectively to the needs of the respective target groups.
If you do not want to permit an analysis by Brevo, you must unsubscribe from the newsletter. We provide a link for you to do this in every newsletter message.
Transactional emails are not part of the mentioned analysis.
The data is processed based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may revoke any consent you have given at any time by unsubscribing from the newsletter. This shall be without prejudice to the lawfulness of any data processing transactions that have taken place prior to your revocation.
Storage period
The data deposited with us for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter will be stored by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter or the newsletter service provider and deleted from the newsletter distribution list after you unsubscribe from the newsletter. Data stored for other purposes with us remain unaffected.
After you unsubscribe from the newsletter distribution list, your e-mail address may be stored by us or the newsletter service provider in a blacklist, if such action is necessary to prevent future mailings. The data from the blacklist is used only for this purpose and not merged with other data. 7. Plug-ins, Tools, and Conversion Tracking
YouTube with expanded data protection integration
Our website embeds videos of the website YouTube. The website operator is Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
We use YouTube in the expanded data protection mode. According to YouTube, this mode ensures that YouTube does not store any information about visitors to this website before they watch the video. 8. eCommerce and payment service providers
Processing of Customer and Contract Data
We collect, process, and use personal customer and contract data for the establishment, content arrangement and modification of our contractual relationships. You have the right to:
obtain confirmation of the existence of processing activities on your personal information;
access to your personal information;
have incomplete, inaccurate or outdated personal information rectified;
obtain the anonymization, blocking or elimination of your unnecessary or excessive personal information, or of information that is not being processed in compliance with the LGPD;

How and when we will respond to your request
We will strive to promptly respond to your requests. In any case, should it be impossible for us to do so, we'll make sure to communicate to you the factual or legal reasons that prevent us from immediately, or otherwise ever, complying with your requests. In cases where we are not processing your personal information, we will indicate to you the physical or legal person to whom you should address your requests, if we are in the position to do so.

For our purposes, the word “sharing” means any “sharing, renting, releasing, disclosing, disseminating, making available, transferring, or otherwise communicating orally, in writing, or by electronic or other means, a consumer's personal information by the business to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising, whether or not for monetary or other valuable consideration, including transactions between a business and a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising for the benefit of a business in which no money is exchanged”, as defined by the CCPA. Please note that the exchange of personal information with a service provider pursuant to a written contract that meets the requirements set by the CCPA, does not constitute a sale or sharing of your personal information.
Your right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and how you can exercise it
We sell or share your personal information with the third parties listed in detail above. These third parties are grouped and categorized in accordance with the different purposes of processing.
You have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. This means that whenever you request us to stop selling or sharing your personal information, we will abide by your request. The right of no retaliation following opt-out or exercise of other rights (the right to non-discrimination)
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights under the CCPA. This means that we will not discriminate against you, including, but not limited to, by denying goods or services, charging you a different price, or providing a different level or quality of goods or services just because you exercised your consumer privacy rights.
However, if you refuse to provide your personal information to us or ask us to delete or stop selling your personal information, and that personal information or sale is necessary for us to provide you with goods or services, we may not be able to complete that transaction.

For us to respond to your request, it's necessary that we know who you are. Therefore, you can only exercise the above rights by making a verifiable request which must:

We will not respond to any request if we are unable to verify your identity and therefore confirm the personal information in our possession actually relates to you.
Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. We will use any personal information collected from you in connection with the verification of your request solely for the purposes of verification and shall not further disclose the personal information, retain it longer than necessary for purposes of verification, or use it for unrelated purposes.
If you cannot personally submit a verifiable request, you can authorize a person registered with the California Secretary of State to act on your behalf.
